When the professionals of E&E Exhibit Solutions partner with a client, we are part of the planning from the event’s inception to its conclusion. Typically, an event takes from 8-12 months to plan.

We recently worked with the executives of odoo to help them design, plan and execute an incredibly successful corporate event. 

Here are the steps E&E takes in planning a corporate event. We start with the planning process.

We sit down with those in charge of the corporate event to learn: 

  • The theme
  • The purpose
  • Who will be attending
  • The agenda (i.e. large meeting spaces, breakout groups, nighttime activities, entertainment, vendor participation, etc.)
  • The expectations

Together we discuss the brand and culture of the company so that we can incorporate the appropriate look and feel of the event. Our vast experience and creative input can be very helpful in this phase, as our seasoned and creative staff often brings new ideas to the table. 
Once the city and venue of the event are decided, we can formulate a concrete strategy. Design layout is an important step in the planning process that E&E can help with, using 3D renderings and technology to guide us in making the most effective use of space at the venue.

Our in-house graphics department, equipped with state-of-the-art large format, digital printers, can produce any signage, banners, floor/wall coverings, etc. that may be needed for the event.

Once the details are approved, we can begin to build the elements required for the event. This may include retail kiosks, product displays, workstations, LED displays, interactive kiosks, technology, staging, AV, etc.

Leave the logistics and execution to E&E. An enormous amount of time goes into working with the venue, event suppliers and shipping in putting together an organized implementation plan. The plan includes understanding building requirements, restrictions, shipping considerations, a multi-vendor implementation strategy, and timing. We put together a clear and organized plan of execution. This part will be seamless to you.
